Otto’s Bagels is a project that was born out of love.   Curious about bagel making, Otto’s bagels arose from early mornings with our baby boy.  After losing our precious Otto at 5 ½ months to SUIDS, we decided to continue making bagels in his honor and it is in this spirit we ask you to join us for a delicious bagel and good company. Today, as it always has been, every bagel is made as a love letter to our Otto.

We are beyond fortunate to be connected to an amazingly generous and brilliant team of doctors, scientists, and professionals at Texas Children’s Hospital. This team helped us search for answers that unfortunately were not able to be found. Our hope is that no family has to endure what we have. That is why we want to use Otto’s Bagels as a vehicle to not just spread love, but also build awareness and funds for SUID research.

All profits from the pop-up will go to TCH and if you are so inclined, you can also donate to our cause .
